About Vineland Elite Roofing

Vineland Elite Roofing is a roofing company based in Vineland, NJ, with more than 20 years of experience repairing and replacing roofs. We work on houses, apartment buildings, storefronts, barns and sheds across South Jersey, on everything from asphalt shingles and standing seam metal to flat membranes and natural slate.

What ties that work together is a simple idea: a roof should be diagnosed before it is sold. Most of the calls we get start with a leak, a storm or a worry about an aging roof, and the most useful thing we can offer is an accurate picture of what is actually wrong and what it will take to fix it.

Our Approach

Every leak call includes a look in the attic as well as on the roof, so we can follow the water to where it really gets in before we put a price on anything. You hear a straight answer on whether the roof can be repaired before replacement is ever mentioned. When a new roof is the right call, our written scope lists tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and gutters as separate lines, so you can compare it with any other estimate item by item. Damaged decking found under the old roof is photographed and shown to you before it is replaced, at a per-sheet price already set in the contract.

We replace flashing at chimneys, walls, skylights and roof-to-roof joints rather than caulking over it. Barns and other farm buildings are scheduled around the working season, roofs under solar panels are planned with the panel removal and reinstall built in, and shingle color is chosen against your actual brick, stone or siding with samples held up on site. After a storm, we photograph and write up the damage for your own claim and will meet the adjuster when you ask. Our contracts follow New Jersey’s home improvement rules, including the written contract and three-day cancellation notice, and every work day ends with the yard, driveway and gutters cleaned and a magnet sweep for nails.

What We Do

We handle roof repair, roof leak repair, emergency roof repair and roof inspections, along with full roof replacement on houses and commercial roofing on low-slope buildings. Our work also covers metal roofing, flat roof repair, slate roof repair, chimney flashing repair, skylight installation and seamless gutter installation. If your roof needs attention, or you simply want to know where it stands, request a free estimate and we will come out, look at the roof and the attic, and tell you plainly what we find.
